★★★★★ 5/5 · 158 reviews on GoogleAirbnb cleaning in Middelburg
Five stars on cleanliness does not come from scrubbing harder, it comes from a fixed rhythm. We come inside the changeover window, hand the place back guest-ready and send a photo · a fixed price per turnaround, so you can pass it straight through as your cleaning fee.
158 real customer reviewsOne guest who mentions the cleaning weighs on your profile for months.
You do not win a cleanliness score back with a friendly message: either it shows or it does not. And it rarely goes wrong on dirt, it goes wrong because the window between two guests was tight and nobody looked again. We work around your booking calendar, run the changeover inside that window and send you a photo of the result.
Inside the changeover window, Saturdays and high summer included
Beds made up with the linen you leave ready
Toilet paper, soap and coffee restocked from your own cupboard

Airbnb cleaning in Middelburg
Airbnb cleaning in Middelburg is a good starting point if you are unsure whether to allow pets in your listing. More guests can book, but you want to know what it means for the turnaround before you tick the box. We explain what changes in the cleaning, so you make a choice based on the work rather than a hunch.
What is included
- An honest picture of what a stay with an animal adds
- Advice on which furniture and fabrics let go of hair most easily
- A separate routine for turnarounds after a guest with an animal
- A note after every turnaround on whether there were signs of an animal
- Back to the normal turnaround if you decide to stop allowing pets
How we do it
For a property where you are going to allow animals, we first look at the furnishings. A sofa with removable covers, a smooth floor and a rug you can shake out make the difference between a turnaround that takes a little longer and one that takes much longer. After the first guests with an animal we review with you how it went, so you can adjust.
What you get
Whether you choose for or against animals, the products we use stay eco-friendly and safe for families and pets. Your regular cleaner is trained, insured and screened, knows the differences between a turnaround with and without an animal and brings the materials that requires.
