Do you clean the outside of the windows too?
Yes, inside and out in the same appointment. For higher floors we use a telescopic pole from the ground, so no ladder or scaffolding is needed.
What is purified water and why do you use it?
Purified water has the minerals filtered out. Ordinary water leaves limescale as it dries and that causes streaks. Purified water evaporates clean, so the glass stays clear.
Do you do commercial window cleaning for businesses and apartment blocks?
Yes. For offices, shops, business premises and residents associations we work to a fixed schedule with a named contact. We can come before opening or after closing.
How often should windows be cleaned?
For a home, four times a year is typical. On a busy road or near the coast they get dirty faster, and six times a year works better.
Do you include the frames and sills?
Yes, those are part of the job. We also take in blind boxes and the outside of sun screens wherever it is safe to do so.
