We work by half-day or full day, at a fixed price agreed up front. Tell us which room it is and roughly how much there is, and you will have a price by email within 2 hours.
Do I have to be there?
For the sorting, yes, because you decide what stays. Putting things back, cleaning and taking the rest away we can finish without you.
What happens to the things that go?
Usable items go to a reuse centre and the rest is separated for disposal. Everything leaves the same day, because a pile in the hallway is exactly where it stalled last time.
Do you judge how much there is?
No. We have seen everything and we are there to help, not to have an opinion. What happens in the house stays between us.
Can you do just a wardrobe or an attic?
Yes. Most people start with one room. A wardrobe or an attic is usually half a day.
Can you help with a move or after a death?
Yes. Before a move, decluttering first saves boxes and therefore money. After a death we work calmly and with respect, and can clear and clean the property afterwards.
