Everything you need to know

Which practices do you clean for?
Dental practices, GP surgeries, physiotherapy practices, clinics, veterinary practices and (cosmetic) treatment clinics. We draw up the task list per practice, because an exercise room needs something different from a dentist’s treatment room.
Do you work to our hygiene protocol?
Yes. We adopt your arrangements on zones, sequence and products, work from clean to dirty and use separate colour-coded cloths per zone. If the protocol says nothing about cleaning, we propose a way of working that you approve first.
Do you sterilise instruments or take away medical waste?
No. Sterilising instruments, clinical waste and sharps containers stay with your own team and your own disposal arrangements. We clean the rooms: floors, surfaces, door handles, toilets and the ordinary bins.
Do you also clean the treatment chair or couch?
Only the outside, and only where agreed. We do not touch parts that come into contact with patients or instruments, or equipment you reserve for your own staff.
When do you come to clean?
Outside consulting hours, usually after closing or early in the morning. We agree fixed times and work with our own key or fob and the alarm code, so nobody from the practice needs to stay behind.
