Which method do you use?
Hot water extraction: a professional machine sprays warm water with cleaning agent into the fibre under pressure and sucks it straight back up, with the dirt. It is the deep cleaning method the major carpet manufacturers recommend. From the video we see which carpet it is, and if the manufacturer prescribes something else, we tell you beforehand.
How long does it take to dry?
Usually 2 to 6 hours, depending on the thickness and the ventilation. If we clean in the evening, you walk on it as normal the next morning.
Do you clean carpet tiles?
Yes, fitted carpet and tiles, also on a raised floor. With tiles we work with little moisture and extract it straight away, so no water seeps through the joints into the subfloor.
How often should office carpet be cleaned?
It depends on the traffic: once a year in private offices, twice in open-plan offices and meeting rooms, four times in reception areas, main corridors and hotel corridors.
