For cleaning service reservations:

  • Title (Mr./Mrs.)
  • Name and surname
  • Company name (if applicable)

  • Phone number
  • Property address
  • Property size
  • Additional details provided

This information is shared with cleaning professionals only upon reservation acceptance. Previously, only anonymized data is visible.

Through contact forms:

  • Title, name, surname

c) Payment Data

Payments are processed through secure external providers (Stripe or Mollie). Card details are not stored; only transaction information confirms and links payments to reservations.
