Yes. We clean wool carpets, synthetic carpets, hand-knotted rugs, and more. We assess the material beforehand to apply the right technique.
How long does it take for the carpet to dry?
On average 3 to 5 hours. Our extraction technology removes most moisture directly from the fibres, resulting in shorter drying times compared to many other methods.
Can I walk on the carpet while it dries?
We recommend keeping foot traffic on the carpet to a minimum while it dries. If necessary, use clean socks or shoe covers.
Does the cleaning also remove stains?
Most stains are completely removed. Stubborn stains like red wine or ink are treated with specialist products. We always give an honest expectation upfront.
How often should a carpet be professionally cleaned?
We recommend cleaning carpets in high-traffic areas annually. For bedrooms or less-walked areas, once every two years is sufficient.
Can the cleaning be done at my home?
Yes. We clean carpets on-site with our mobile equipment. You do not need to move or roll up the carpet.
