Carpet cleaning in Vlissingen
Carpet cleaning in Vlissingen comes with our 48-hour satisfaction guarantee, and it works in a very concrete way. If you notice something wrong in the two days after the clean, such as a patch that was missed or a discussed stain that is still visible, you report it and we come back to put it right.
What is included
- A 48-hour guarantee that starts the moment we finish
- Reported by email, ideally with a video or photo of the spot
- A return visit to re-treat whatever did not go well
- Clear beforehand what is and is not part of the job
- Honesty about stains that no guarantee can cover
How we do it
The guarantee only works well when it is clear upfront what will be done. That is why we review your footage, list in the quote which rooms and stains are included, and say honestly which old stains may remain. Where we said so in advance, a visible stain is no ground for a complaint; where we missed something, it is.
What you get
You deal with an insured, vetted professional who brings his own equipment and works with eco-friendly products, safe for families and pets. If you are home, he walks the floor with you at the end, so you see straight away what was done. Anything you notice after that falls within the 48 hours.
