How we do it
We start by removing leaves and sand dry from the bottom channel, otherwise it turns to mud once water is added. Then the handrail and clamps, and finally the glass, top to bottom. We do not lean over the railing to reach the outer face: anything not safely reachable from the balcony is only done after a video and a separate price.
