Apartment block cleaning in Hoogeveen
A building contains more types of material than you might think, and in our apartment block cleaning in Hoogeveen we choose the right product for each surface. Stainless steel in the lift, painted doors in the corridors, tiles in the hall, concrete in the car park and plastic post boxes each need something different. One product for everything is quick, but leaves streaks, dull patches or damaged paintwork.
What is included
- Stainless steel of the lift and letterboxes with a product made for it
- Lacquered and painted doors with a mild product that spares the finish
- Tiled floors and natural stone with a pH-neutral or suitable product
- Concrete floors in the car park and storage areas with a degreaser
- Glass and mirrors with a streak-free product and a squeegee
How we do it
On the first round the cleaner looks at which materials are in the building and which products belong with them. An unfamiliar surface is tested first in an inconspicuous spot. We never use abrasives on steel or paintwork, and no acidic products on natural stone, because they cause damage that cannot be polished away.
What you get
We bring all the products ourselves, so no association bottle sits in a cupboard waiting to end up on the wrong surface. The fixed cleaner is screened and insured and knows which product goes where. Everything is eco-friendly and safe for families, children and pets.
