A guest who reacts to animal hair notices the difference, so that separation has to hold every time. You therefore work with the same regular cleaner, who knows both properties and the order. They are trained, insured and vetted, carry everything with them and clean with eco-friendly products that are gentle on people and animals. If a guest still spots something, send it to us within 48 hours and we come and look.
