Can you use a key safe by the door?
Yes. If you fit a code key safe by the door, send us the code by email and we take the key from there. Afterwards it goes back in. It is handy when the clearance falls on a day nobody can hand the key over in person.
Do you also hand the home back to the landlord?
You do the landlord’s inspection yourself, or someone you appoint, because it concerns the tenancy agreement. We make sure the home is empty and clean by the time of that appointment and that the key is where it needs to be.
