Do I need to be home when you work from the ground?
Not necessarily. If we can reach the garden or the driveway and the spot to stand in is clear, we can do the job while you are out. We agree that with you by email beforehand, so you know when we are coming.
How can you tell whether the pole reaches high enough?
From the video. Filming from the street with the gutter and the ridge in view gives us enough to judge the height. If we are unsure, we ask for one more shot from a different side before the quote is fixed.
Will water be left on my window frames or glass?
Some water runs down past the gutter, but because it is purified water with no limescale and no soap, it dries without streaks. If there is an awning below the gutter, let us know and we will take that into account.
