What does commercial cleaning cover?
Everything in a business premises that needs cleaning: workstations, meeting rooms, toilets, pantry, canteen, changing rooms, shop floor, treatment rooms and the floor of a workshop or hall. For offices, shops, practices, gyms, hospitality, business halls and the common areas of an owners’ association we draw up a task list per building.
What is the difference between a recurring contract and a one-off clean?
On a recurring contract the same team comes on fixed days and keeps the building up to standard with a fixed task list. A one-off clean is one big job, for example before opening, after a renovation or at handover. Many businesses combine the two: a deep clean first, then the regular upkeep.
Can you clean a business premises after a renovation?
Yes. Splashes of paint, cement, sealant and glue, stickers and protective film, and the windows inside and out as far as reachable from the ground are all in the fixed price. To be honest, a little fine dust may still settle from gaps and ceilings after the final round.
When do you come to clean?
Outside your opening hours: in the evening, early in the morning or at the weekend, by arrangement. On a recurring contract we agree fixed times and work with our own key or fob and the alarm code, so nobody from your side needs to stay.
What do you not do?
We work from the floor or a three-step ladder, and outside with a telescopic pole from the ground. We do not use aerial platforms, scaffolding or roofs, and we do not clean the inside of ventilation or extraction ducts, sand floors or take away building or medical waste.
