Cleaning by material

Fabric is vacuumed first and then cleaned by spray extraction. Mesh is brushed and vacuumed. Faux leather and leather are wiped and cared for. Armrests, base and castors are included.

Drying and back in use

Fabric seats need a few hours to dry. If we clean after office hours, the chairs are ready to use the next morning.

What cleaning does not fix

Old stains that have sat in the fabric for a long time often get lighter but do not always disappear. Fabric that has pilled or worn thin stays pilled and thin after cleaning. Faux leather that is already peeling can be cleaned but not repaired. If we see that on your video or photos, we say so in the quote, so you do not pay for a chair you would be better off replacing.

Cleaned with a leather product and then nourished, so it stays supple and cracks less easily.

The parts touched most, wiped and degreased.

The star base wiped and hair and fluff removed from around the castors, so the chair rolls smoothly again.

Yes, we come to your office and clean the chairs on site. Nothing needs to be moved out and it can be done outside office hours if that suits you better.

How long does an office chair take to dry?

A fabric seat takes a few hours. Mesh, faux leather and leather are dry straight away or nearly so. If we clean after office hours, everyone can sit normally the next morning.

Can I have just one office chair cleaned?

You can, but it pays off most with several chairs at once, because travel and setup only happen once. We are happy to combine a single chair with a sofa or a carpet.
