Frequently asked questions about home cleaning after renovation

How long does it take to clean a home after renovation?

That depends on the scope. A bathroom or kitchen renovation takes 3-5 hours. A complete home after a major renovation can be a full day or more.

Does the home need to be empty?

That is ideal but not required. The fewer items in the way, the more thoroughly and quickly we can work.

Can you also clean during the renovation?

We do interim cleaning if needed, for example after the demolition phase and before finishing. After the final phase, we do the end cleaning.

Do you also remove adhesive residue from floors?

Yes. Tile adhesive, parquet glue and sealant are removed with the right products per floor type. Without damaging the surface.

Can I move in directly after the cleaning?

Yes. After our construction cleaning, the home is liveable. You can place furniture and live there straight away.

Do you also clean the outside of windows?

On request, yes. By default we do the interior side of all windows. The exterior can be included as an extra.
