Office post-renovation

Renovation done. Office not ready for use yet.

Construction dust in air ducts, cement on floor tiles, dust on desks — we make your office work-ready after renovation.

Why offices are different from homes

An office after renovation is not a large house. Suspended ceiling tiles catch dust you cannot see. Raised floors hide debris. Air ducts spread construction dust throughout the building the moment the system is turned back on. Regular cleaning is not enough here.

When is this needed

Every office renovation leaves behind more than you can see. These are the most common situations.

What exactly we clean

Suspended ceiling tiles and grid profiles
Raised floor panels (top and underside)
Air ducts, grilles, and ventilation units
All desks, cabinets, and workstations
Windows, frames, and glass partitions
Bathroom facilities and kitchenettes
Cement and paint residue on hard floors
Cable trays and electrical connection points

How we handle an office after renovation

Systematic, top to bottom, with industrial equipment.

1

Inspection and work plan

We assess the type of renovation, the extent of dust, and which materials need extra attention. Raised floors and ceilings are inspected separately.

2

Dust removal from top to bottom

Ceiling tiles and air ducts first. Then walls and furniture. Finally the floor. Always with industrial HEPA vacuums so fine dust does not return.

3

Detail cleaning and floor treatment

Cement residue is removed with the right products for each floor type. Glass partitions, frames, and bathrooms are checked one by one.

4

Final inspection

We walk through the entire office with the client. Anything that is not right, we fix on the spot.
