The problem

Why the price per hour is so confusing

The cleaning industry is not transparent. Some providers advertise a low hourly rate but charge separately for products, travel time or materials. Others work without insurance. The result: you are comparing apples and oranges.

An hourly rate of 15 euros without insurance is not a fair comparison
Private help is cheaper, but in case of damage or theft you have no recourse
Online platforms take a hefty commission, the cleaner earns less and works faster
Charging travel costs separately makes the hourly rate artificially low
Without a regular cleaner every session is a surprise
How it works

How we arrive at a fair price

Transparent from start to finish

01

Assessment

We ask about your home, the desired work and the frequency. The more often we come, the more affordable the hourly rate.

02

Price proposal

You receive a quote with the hourly rate, estimated hours and total cost per session. Everything included.

03

First cleaning session

After the first time we evaluate together. Is the number of hours right? Is the result as expected? We adjust where needed.

Why professional

Why pay a professional rate?

You pay for certainty: insurance, replacement during illness, quality control
Professional products deliver a better and more lasting result
A regular cleaner works faster because they know your home
When issues arise you have a contact point, not just a phone number
Everything is legally arranged: payroll tax, contributions, invoices

Honesty first

We understand that price matters. But we do not believe in race-to-the-bottom rates. Our cleaners earn a fair wage, we use quality products and we are fully insured. That costs a bit more per hour. What you get in return: reliable cleaning you do not have to worry about.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about cleaning prices

Why is a cleaning company more expensive than a private cleaner?
Because you pay for more than just cleaning. Insurance, replacement, professional supplies and legal contributions are in the rate. With a private cleaner you carry that risk yourself.
Does it get cheaper if I have cleaning done more often?
Yes. With weekly cleaning the hourly rate is lower than with biweekly or one-off. The house is also less dirty, so there is less work per session.
Are there additional costs besides the hourly rate?
No. Our hourly rate is all-inclusive. Products, materials, travel costs and insurance are included. The amount on the quote is the amount you pay.
How do I know I am not paying too much?
Always compare on total cost, not hourly rate alone. Ask whether products, travel time and insurance are included. Then you see the real difference.
Can I lower the rate by providing my own products?
We prefer working with our own products because we know they work well. But if you want specific products, we discuss that. It does not change the rate.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
Yes, we have a minimum of 2 hours per session. That is needed to work efficiently and justify the travel time.
