Our hourly rate covers labour, travel costs and insurance, so no surprises afterwards. For general cleaning you provide the products and equipment; if you would rather we bring them, we can for a small extra charge. These are the factors that determine the hourly rate.

What is your hourly rate?
That depends on the frequency and type of work. Contact us for a custom quote. We always provide a fixed rate upfront.
Are cleaning products included?
For hourly cleaning you provide the products and equipment yourself. If you would rather we bring them, we can for a small extra charge. Travel costs and insurance are included in the hourly rate.
Is a cleaning company more expensive than a private cleaner?
The hourly rate is higher, but you pay for insurance, quality control, replacement during illness and professional supplies. Overall you get more reliability and a better result.
How many hours do I need per week?
For an average apartment we recommend 2 to 3 hours. A larger house with multiple bathrooms: 3 to 5 hours. We estimate this based on your home.
Do I also pay for travel time?
No. Our hourly rate is the time actually spent in your home. Travel costs are already factored into the rate.
Can I adjust the number of hours later?
Yes. After a few weeks we know exactly how much time is needed. We adjust the schedule if it turns out to be too much or too little.
