How we do it
On the evening of day one we work from a fixed list we go through with you beforehand, so the layout of chairs, stage and technical equipment stays as you set it up. We leave cables, laptops and speakers’ materials where they are, clean around them and let you know if something is in the way.
What you get
For a congress over several days we prefer to send the same team back, so they already know the hall and the layout after the first evening. Our people are trained, insured and screened, and we bring our own vacuum cleaners, spray extraction for stains and eco-friendly products.
