Do I have to empty my room first?
It does not need to be empty. Do clear loose things off the floor along the affected wall and set aside clothes and books that lay close to the patch. We move the big furniture ourselves, but the less there is lying around, the sooner we can start.
There is mould on my mattress too, can that be included?
It can, using our cleaning equipment. If the damage runs deep into the foam, a new mattress is more honest than cleaning, and we tell you that beforehand. So include the mattress in your video, along with the underside that rests on the slats.
Can I stay in my room while you work?
Better not. We sheet things off and work with products, and in a small room you quickly end up in the way. Sit somewhere else for an hour and leave the window open for a good while afterwards before you go to sleep.
