Yes. Pass on the occupant’s name and email address in your request and we agree the date with them. You receive the confirmation too, so you know when we will be there without emailing back and forth yourself.
Does the invoice go to me or to the occupant?
To whoever places the order. If you book as the landlord, the quote is in your name and the invoice comes to you. We settle that beforehand, so there is no confusion at the occupant’s door about who is paying.
What if the occupant has lots of things against the wall?
We move large furniture, but boxes, clothes and loose items we ask the occupant to clear beforehand. If there is more than expected on the day, we set it aside and back. Film the room as it is in advance and we allow for it in the quote from the start.
