Mould removal in Valkenswaard

We remove mould from walls, ceilings, sealant and furniture, and treat the surface afterwards. What we do not do is fix the cause: if there is a damp problem behind it, we say so, and the mould will return until that is resolved.

Why Claro Clean

Do the black patches in the bathroom keep coming back?

Mould is a symptom, not a cause. We take it away and treat the surface so it does not return immediately, but where there is structural damp or too little ventilation that is only a delay. We tell you honestly what we see, even when it means you need a different trade.

Mould removal in Valkenswaard

A quote for mould removal in Valkenswaard starts with a simple count: how many spots are there? A ceiling above the shower, a bedroom corner and a sealant bead in the kitchen are three separate spots, each with its own preparation. That is why we do not look at the square metres of your home, but at what actually needs cleaning.

What is included

  • Every spot named separately in the quote, so you know what you pay for
  • Covering and preparation for each spot included in the price
  • Aftertreatment on every spot we clean
  • No extra charges afterwards for spots that were already on the video
  • A new spot you point out on site discussed first, never quietly added

How we do it

Based on your video we make a list of the spots, from large to small. On site we go through that list with you, so there is no confusion about what is and is not in the quote. Then we work spot by spot: cover, remove the mould, aftertreat and only then move on to the next.

What you get

A trained, insured and vetted cleaner brings equipment and products that are safe for families and pets. We remove the visible mould on the surface. Whatever causes the mould, such as a leak, poor insulation or a ventilation system that does not work, we do not fix and we do not charge for either.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

Is it cheaper per spot if I have more done?
There is some logic to it: once we are in your home with everything set up, the preparation weighs less per spot. We do not give a fixed discount. The best approach is to put all spots in one request, so the quote shows straight away what it costs together.
What if I discover another spot while you are here?
Then we look at it together and tell you what it costs extra before we start on it. You decide whether it goes ahead. That way the quote stays as agreed and you never find a surprise on the invoice for something you did not say yes to first.
Does a small spot count as much as a large one?
No, a few black dots in a corner take less time than half a ceiling. But a small spot still needs covering and an aftertreatment, so it is not free. Show the small spots in your video too, then everything is in the quote in one go.
