Spots from the quote that are not clean, edges we finished sloppily or a patch we forgot. We put that right at no extra cost. It concerns the work we agreed, so a spot that was not in the quote is not covered.
And if the mould returns after a few weeks?
That is not covered by the guarantee, and we are clear about that up front. Returning mould almost always means there is still moisture in the room, from too little ventilation or a structural cause. We can remove it again, but you will get a new quote for that.
How do I let you know I am not satisfied?
