Should I tell my landlord first?

Can you write a report for my landlord?
We do not produce an official report or expert opinion. We do describe in an email which spots we cleaned and what we noticed, for example a wet patch or an extractor fan that does not pull. You can forward that email yourself if you want to.
Can the landlord book you directly?
Yes, a landlord or property manager can simply ask us to remove mould in a home. We then send the quote and invoice to them. Do agree with your tenant who lets us in, and send us a video of the spots so we can give a fixed price in advance.
