At handover the buyer, tenant or client does not look at the structure, they look at the windowsill. A paint splash on the glass, a sticker on the tap or a layer of dust in a kitchen drawer become snagging points, and every point is another trip back to the project. How a handover clean works with us
We plan back from your handover date, not forward from the day the contractor leaves.
Video and handover date
Send a short video of the space, photos of the tricky spots if you like, the m² or number of units and the planned handover date. Above 200 m² we can also visit the project.
Fixed price per job
Within 2 hours by email. One fixed amount for the job, with what is included written out point by point below it. Never an hourly rate, so you know where you stand beforehand.
Planning around the handover
After accepting you pick a preferred moment and our planner confirms it. With several units we set an order, so each home is clean on the day it is handed over.
Final clean and walk-through
We work top to bottom and back to front, towards the door. Then we walk it with the site manager, so any point is solved on the spot.
What we do not do in builders cleaning
We do not remove building waste or rubble: bulk debris goes in the contractor’s skip, we only take the film and stickers we remove ourselves. We do not work at height, so no scaffolding, lifts or roofs, only from the floor, a small step ladder or the ground. We do not sand or varnish. And honestly: after the final clean a small amount of fine dust may still settle, as it is still in the air and in the installations. We put that in the terms as well.

We charge per job, never per hour. What sets the price is best seen on a video: how much residue is left and how large the area is.

Splash removal
Paint, cement, sealant and glue splashes off tiles, floors, frames, glass and sanitaryware, with a product that suits the material.
Stickers and protective film
Labels off glass, taps and appliances and the film off frames, doors and kitchen fronts, including the adhesive left behind.
Windows inside and out
Glass, frames, sills and runners. Outside, everything we reach from the ground with a telescopic pole.
Sanitaryware and kitchen
Toilets, showers, basins and taps, and the kitchen inside and out: cupboards, drawers, fronts and appliances.
Dust off ledges and cupboards
Windowsills, skirting boards, door frames, radiators, switches and the inside of built-in cupboards.
Floors
Vacuumed dust-free and wet cleaned with a product suited to tile, vinyl, laminate or wood.
