What must the report contain as a minimum?
Product, concentration, contact time and time of day, plus which rooms were treated. Missing any of those four and you cannot demonstrate at an inspection that the treatment did what it should.
Do I get it on paper or digitally?
Digitally by email, and on paper if you prefer it for a physical file. Keep it with your other inspection paperwork rather than loose, because loose it goes missing exactly when you need it.
Can a report be completed afterwards?
We do not do that. What was not noted at the time is a reconstruction afterwards, not a record. That difference shows at an audit and it falls on the wrong side.
