If it is reachable from a ladder or platform, yes, on the outside. The flue itself we do not: that is a chimney sweep’s work and needs entirely different equipment.
Will the dormer be damaged?
Not at low pressure and with hand work along the seams. The risk point is the junction between panel and frame; we never spray straight at that, because water entering there goes into the structure.
Is the leadwork included?
We do not clean it, we check it. Lead is soft and discolours naturally; treating it does more harm than good. If it is loose we report it so a roofer can secure it.
