Why vacuum dry first if it gets wet anyway?
Because loose dust and crumbs turn into mud in water that pulls deeper into the fibre. Removing what is loose while dry makes the wet steps far more effective and stops you ending up with grey haze.
Is soap left behind in my sofa?
Not if the rinse is done properly. Product residue attracts new dirt, which is why we extract the final stage with clean water only. A sofa that feels sticky after a clean has not been rinsed properly.
Where does the water extracted from my sofa end up?
