Why is the backrest darker at the top?
Because hair and skin rest against it every day. Styling products and skin oil soak into the fabric and hold dust, so a band slowly forms at head height. It is not discolouration of the fabric itself, so in most cases it comes back well.
Can adjustable headrests come off?
If they come off without tools we remove them and do them separately so the underside gets clean too. If they are bolted on we clean them in place. We never force a mechanism; we leave it as it is.
Does the perfume smell of hair products linger?
That smell comes from the layer we dissolve, so it largely leaves with the dirt. If it has settled deep in the backrest foam, a hint can remain. We smell it together with you afterwards and say honestly where things stand.
