Do you move a heavy bookcase as well?
A bookcase that is empty and can be tilted or slid safely, yes. A full one, or one screwed to the wall, we leave in place, because the risk of damage or a toppling cabinet outweighs the gain. We then clean the floor in front and the sides.
What do you do with the cables behind my TV?
We dust the cables and the power strip with a dry cloth, and the devices themselves on the outside. We do not pull plugs out or disconnect anything, so afterwards everything simply works the way you had it set up.
Should there be felt pads under my furniture?
On wood, vinyl and tiled floors, yes, because every shift leaves scratches without them. If we see they are worn or loose, we tell you. New felt pads are cheap and prevent damage that no clean can repair.
