Who does the outside of my walkway windows?
Usually the association, since the walkway is communal. Check before arranging it yourself: if it is covered you pay only for the inside and that halves the cost.
Why do walkway windows get dirty faster?
Because people pass all day and dust is constantly moving. On the balcony side that does not apply, and you see the difference on the glass within a month.
Can you clean the walkway itself?
Only when instructed by the association, since it is communal space. As a resident you cannot place that order alone, and we would rather say so than quietly include it.
