Why does my clean laundry smell musty?
Usually from detergent residue and biofilm in the door seal and the drawer. They give off a smell your laundry takes on. Cleaning both usually solves it immediately.
Do you run a descaling cycle?
No, we leave that to you. We clean the parts reachable by hand and report whether descaling looks necessary; the cycle itself takes hours and would cost us half a day.
How often should this be done?
The lint filter every few months and the dishwasher filter monthly. On a deep clean we do it as a starting point, and after that it is something you keep up in five minutes.
