Can abrasive be used on new sanitaryware?
No. The glaze on a basin or bath is hard but thin, and an abrasive pad leaves matt patches you only see when the light falls across it.
How do you get plaster dust off sanitaryware?
With water and time. Plaster dissolves, so let it soak and then wipe it. Rubbing it dry straight away grinds the plaster across the surface, and that is where the scratches come from.
Is the shower screen included?
Yes, both sides and streak-free. New glass often still carries a factory film that has to come off before the glass cleans normally, and that is an extra step.
