Can you work without fragrance?
Yes, as standard on request and at no extra cost. Unscented products clean just as well; the perfume in a cleaning product adds nothing to the result and is purely a selling point.
Can you use my own products?
Yes, where you tolerate specific products or have to avoid others. Set them out with a note and we use those and leave our own in the van.
Do you use sprays?
As little as possible, and never in a room with somebody in it. A spray aerosolises and that is exactly what people with asthma react to. We put product on the cloth rather than on the surface.
