Everything you need to know

Are outside windows part of an ordinary cleaning visit?
No. The outside of windows, certainly at height, falls under our window cleaning service, with equipment made for it. You can have that included in the same quote, so you only need to arrange one appointment for both.
What if I want something extra done on the day?
Just ask the cleaner. If it fits in the time and is ordinary cleaning work, such as the inside of the fridge, it is often possible. If it is a separate service or clearly takes more time, we put it on a next appointment or a new quote.
Can you include mould in the bathroom?
Light marks on sealant edges and grout we include with the bathroom. If mould sits deeper or covers a larger area, mould removal is a separate treatment, because an ordinary clean only takes off the surface and it soon comes back.
