Does all the hair come out?
Most of it, all of it rarely. Hair worked into a fibre for years is locked into the weave. The result is a noticeably cleaner sofa, not one that looks new.
Can my animals be there?
Yes, though many animals find a vacuum unsettling. We prefer to work behind a closed door or while they are outside, and we agree that beforehand so nobody is caught out.
Does this help with the smell?
Often yes, because odour sits in the hair and the filling. If it is in the sofa foam a surface treatment is not enough and a separate upholstery clean is the logical next step.
