Not in a deep clean, that is window cleaning. We can run it alongside in the same appointment; ask for it and you see straight away what it adds.
Why the rebate first?
Because that is where the dust and moisture are. Do the glass first and the dust blows out of the rebate onto your clean pane the moment you open the window, and the work was wasted.
Can you include the insect screens?
Where they lift out of the frame without tools, yes. Screwed-in screens we leave and treat in place, because unscrewing and refitting is fitting work rather than cleaning.
