Do you get all the pet hair out?
The vast majority, including hairs worked into the fabric. With a coarse or loose weave the odd hair may stay, but afterwards the seat feels and looks like a chair again rather than a basket.
Does the pet smell leave the seat?
An odour from hair and skin oil usually goes well. If the animal has urinated on the seat, it can sit in the foam, and that cannot always be removed entirely. We discuss that beforehand.
Can my cat or dog stay in the room while you work?
Not out of the house, but preferably in another room. That keeps it off wet seats and away from our equipment, and lets us work in peace. Once dry it can go anywhere again.
