Do you wash the chair covers too?
No, most people simply put loose covers in the washing machine according to the label. We clean the fixed upholstery beneath, which cannot go in the wash and under a cover is often dirtier than you think.
Why is the seat under my cover dirty?
Because a cover is not a barrier. Spilled drinks soak through, crumbs find their way round the edges, and under the cover nobody sees it. After a few years there is more in it than in a chair without a cover.
When can the cover go back on?
Only once the seat is completely dry, so not straight after the treatment. We give you a time. A cover over a damp seat holds the moisture and can cause a musty smell.
