When do I see the real result?
Only once the seats are completely dry. Wet fabric looks darker and more even, and an edge or a light stain often only appears while drying. So judge your chairs the next day in daylight.
What if a seat looks wrong once it has dried?
If you are not happy within 48 hours of the treatment, send us a message with a photo or video of what you see. We then come back to put it right. A stain we named as permanent beforehand is not covered.
Do you promise all stains will go?
No. Many stains come out, but one that has sat in the fibre for a long time or affected the colour can get lighter without disappearing. We say so beforehand, so you know what to expect.
