If your new home has several floors, the order of work counts as much as the clean itself in a move-in clean in Eindhoven. We work from the top floor down, so dust and dirt never fall onto a floor that is already done, and so the removers can start upstairs while we finish the ground floor.

How we do it

We start on the highest floor and take the stairs with us on the way down, step by step from the top. The hall and front door come last. If the removers arrive earlier than planned, they put boxes on the floors already finished and do not walk through rooms we are still working in.

Why do you start upstairs in a house with several floors?
Because dust and dirt fall downwards and get carried on shoes. Start downstairs and you later walk dirt from above over a clean hall. Working top to bottom means each floor stays finished once it is finished.
Can the removers start while you are still there?
Yes, on the floors that are already done. Agree with the removers that they begin upstairs and do the ground floor last, and you will not get in each other’s way.
Is the loft always included?
A loft used as a room and reached by fixed stairs, yes. A crawl space through a hatch is another matter; show it in your video and we tell you beforehand what is possible.
