Moving cleaning in Huizen

If you sell your old house and receive the key to the new one on the same day at the notary, a move-out clean in Huizen has a tight puzzle to solve. The old house has to be clean before that appointment, while the new one can only be done once you hold its key.

What is included

  • The old house clean on the day before the notary
  • The new house straight after collecting the key
  • Both as separate jobs, each with its own price
  • Appliances, cupboards, blinds and balcony in both
  • A schedule confirmed by email for both addresses

How we do it

This only works if you move out before sitting down at the notary, so if your belongings can go elsewhere temporarily or the removers load and unload in one day. We do the old house empty the day before, and the new one as soon as you can get in and before the van unloads there.

What you get

For two addresses you get the same screened, insured and trained people, with their own kit for each house. You coordinate nothing between two companies, and the confirmation of both time slots arrives in one email.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

Can the new house be done before I have the key?
No, because we cannot get in. What does work is scheduling the clean straight after the notary, so it is finished before the removers unload there. That needs a sensible time for the van and can be arranged by email.
How do I film a house I cannot get into yet?
Use the video from the viewing if you have one, and otherwise the images from the sales listing. A description of the floor area and number of bathrooms also helps. The old house you can simply film yourself before the move starts.
Are they two separate quotes?
Yes, because they are two houses, each with its own size and condition. You can send them in one request and then receive both quotes together, so you know where you stand in one go.
