Do you include a trench heater pit?
If the grille lifts out without tools, yes: grille out, pit vacuumed and wiped damp, grille back in clean. If the pit is fixed or contains an element better left untouched, we say so in advance.
Is skirting not just a quick wipe?
A skirting board has a top edge where dust settles and a seam with the floor where fluff collects. In an empty room you go round the whole perimeter in one go, which is different from the short stretches visible between the furniture.
