What should I clear myself?
Small items, chairs, bins and anything you lift easily. Large furniture is ours. We move cables aside, but we do not disconnect equipment.
Do you move my cupboards?
Only where they are empty and safe to lift. Sliding a full cupboard across a floor causes scratches, and that is exactly the damage a clean floor is not worth.
What happens to the areas underneath?
We report them as untreated. That is more honest than pretending the whole floor was done, and it gives you the choice to empty the cupboard next time.
