Do you clean the outside of the windows as well?
Yes, as far as they can be reached safely: from the ground, from a balcony or through a window that opens inwards. Windows at height that need a cherry picker or scaffold are not part of it, and we tell you that beforehand.
What are those black lines in the corner of the frame?
Usually a mix of dust and condensation that sits in the corner, sometimes with a little mould. On uPVC and painted wood we generally get it off with a soft brush and a mild product; if it has got into bare wood grain a shadow may remain.
Why is the glass done last?
Because cleaning the frame and rebate always runs dirt and water onto the pane. Doing the glass at the very end keeps it streak-free and means nobody has to go over it a second time with the squeegee.
