Can you really get rid of pet odour?

Does the carpet have to go after a cat or dog?
Not necessarily. Carpet that stays can be deep cleaned as a separate service, which pulls hair and odour out of fibres a vacuum cleaner cannot reach. Ask for it in the same quote.
Can you clean away scratch marks left by the dog?
We clean them so you can see exactly what is there. A scratch in the paint is damage rather than dirt, and that is for a conversation with your landlord or buyer, not something a cleaning product solves.
