Moving cleaning in Almere

You have signed at the notary, the key is in your hand and your newly bought home stands empty: that is the moment for a move-in clean in Almere. The seller usually leaves it empty and swept, but that is not the same as cleaned, and the inside of cupboards, appliances and drains falls outside it.

What is included

  • The whole home after completion, before your things go in
  • Oven, fridge, dishwasher and extractor cleaned inside
  • Every cupboard and drawer inside, up to the highest kitchen units
  • Bathroom, toilet and the floor drains checked
  • Reachable windows, blinds and balcony at no extra charge

How we do it

We schedule the clean as soon as possible after the key handover, ideally the same day or the next morning. You agree with us how we get in, we work through the home from top to bottom and back to front, and you get an email as soon as everything is done.

What you get

Our cleaners are trained, insured and vetted, which counts for more in a house whose key you have held for only a few hours. They bring their own equipment and use eco-friendly products. Spot something within 48 hours that was not done properly, tell us and we come back to put it right.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

Can I book before I have been to the notary?
Yes, and it is sensible. As soon as the completion date is fixed, we put the clean right behind it in the schedule. If that date still moves, we agree a new day with you by email.
Does the seller not clean the home already?
The seller usually leaves an empty, swept home, and that is where it stops. Whatever remains in the cupboards, the oven or the shower drain is your house after completion, and so your job, or ours.
Do I need to be at my new house on cleaning day?
No. You agree beforehand how we get the key and hand it back. The date confirmation and the message that the home is ready for your move both reach you by email.
