Moving cleaning in Dordrecht

In the week you unpack you open every cupboard, drawer and appliance in your new home, which is exactly why the 48-hour satisfaction guarantee suits a move-in clean in Dordrecht so well. If you spot a place we missed while putting things away, you tell us, and we come back to get it right.

What is included

  • Kitchen cupboards, drawers and appliances inside
  • Wardrobes, vanity unit and the meter cupboard
  • Windows we can safely reach, plus blinds and balcony
  • A report within 48 hours is enough for a return visit
  • Confirmation and follow-up all by email

How we do it

We finish the home as if you were filling all of it the next day, because you are. Then you unpack, and whatever you come across you tell us within 48 hours with a short video or a photo of the spot. Anything that was part of the agreed clean and was not done properly, we redo at no cost to you.

What you get

The team that comes is trained, insured and vetted and uses its own equipment and eco-friendly products that are safe for families and pets. The guarantee is not small print: we want to know what you see, preferably in the first two days rather than you being annoyed by it months later.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

When do the 48 hours start after the move-in clean?
From the moment we have finished and you have received our email. So ideally unpack the kitchen and bathroom in those first two days, because that is where you see fastest whether anything was missed.
What does the guarantee cover and what not?
Everything that was part of the agreed clean and was not done properly. Dirt added during the move, or a spot damaged while unpacking, falls outside it, because it was not there when we left.
How do I report something I notice while unpacking?
Send an email with a short video or a photo and one line about where it is. We can then see straight away what is going on and agree a moment to come back, without you needing to phone anyone first.
