And the marker drawings on the wall?
Crayon and washable marker on most walls, yes. Permanent marker on matt emulsion often soaks into the paint, and hard scrubbing then leaves a shiny patch more noticeable than the drawing. In that case repainting is the solution.
What do you do about drawing-pin holes?
Nothing, because filling holes is not cleaning work. We do take out pins and small nails left in the wall where that can be done without damage, and clean the dust around the holes.
